Is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required to do business with us?
An NDA is not necessary to do business with HZW. When uploading your CAD model to our website form, we employ state-of-the-art encryption and anything you upload is protected by confidentiality obligations. For more information, contact our sales team at any time.
Are my customized fasteners and parts made in China only?
We currently have 2 manufacturing facilities in China Mainland, all of which are producing fasteners and parts.
How do I get a quote?
To get a quote for all of our services, simply upload a 3D CAD model on our site. You’ll get an interactive quote within hours with free design feedback. If there are problem areas in the submitted design, our quoting engine provides detailed information on the potential manufacturing issues and suggests possible solutions.
Can I quote my part with all services at once?
To get a quote for all of our services, simply fill out the inquiry form on our site or mail us the detailed drawings. You’ll get an interactive quote within hours with free design and engineering feedback. What’s more, our professional engineers team will help you at any time as your customized fasteners and parts requirements.
Which formates of files does HZW accept?
We take STL(.stl), STEP(.stp), ProE(.prt), IGES(.igs), SolidWorks(.sldprt), Compressed folders(.ZIP) format to provide an accurate and timely quote. PDF format is required for 2D drawings with reference dimensions.
I don’t have a 3D or CAD model. Can you create one design for me?
We can offer any design services at any time. If you need assistance creating a 3D or CAD model of your idea, contact us by mail and we’ll send the detailed drawings for you as aoon as possible.
How long time will I be able to receive my fasteners or parts?
If you provide us with complete 2D and 3D models, we can produce high quality fasteners and parts within 10 days. More complex parts that require or other special features will take longer time for production. Request a quote to obtain more precise lead times for your fastening project.
In terms of shipping, the majority of our shipments are sent through air freight and shipment, which can take several days from China to Europe or North America.
Q1. What information must I keep in mind before placing an order or requesting for a quote?
It is crucial that you have some basic information about our custom made fasteners. Such information includes facts about raw materials, dimensions, production tolerance, surface treatment, and quality to mention but a few. If you have limited knowledge or the information you have is not clear, contact us, we will guide you through the entire process.
Q2. Which payment methods do you have?
Our company accepts normally Paypal, T/T, and L/C payments. Call or email us if you need to use any new payment procedures.
Q3. Do you have any sales agreement or sample?
Yes. We have a sales agreement that has all the terms and conditions. By signing the contract, our client agrees to be bound by that agreement. You must go through the agreement well before making any payment.
Q4. How long does an invoice last when an order is placed?
All orders must abide by the HZW terms and conditions. All the payment terms are within our sole discretion. All invoices must be paid within the stated time on the invoice. HZW may sometimes invoice parts of an order separately.
