Is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required to do business with us?

Are my customized fasteners and parts made in China only?
We currently have 2 manufacturing facilities in China Mainland, all of which are producing fasteners and parts.
How do I get a quote?

Which formates of files does HZW accept?

I don’t have a 3D or CAD model. Can you create one design for me?

How long time will I be able to receive my fasteners or parts?

Q1. What information must I keep in mind before placing an order or requesting for a quote?
It is crucial that you have some basic information about our custom made fasteners. Such information includes facts about raw materials, dimensions, production tolerance, overflatebehandling, and quality to mention but a few. If you have limited knowledge or the information you have is not clear, contact us, we will guide you through the entire process.
Q2. Which payment methods do you have?
Our company accepts normally Paypal, T/T, and L/C payments. Call or email us if you need to use any new payment procedures.
Q3. Do you have any sales agreement or sample?
Yes. We have a sales agreement that has all the terms and conditions. By signing the contract, our client agrees to be bound by that agreement. You must go through the agreement well before making any payment.
Q4. How long does an invoice last when an order is placed?
All orders must abide by the HZW terms and conditions. All the payment terms are within our sole discretion. All invoices must be paid within the stated time on the invoice. HZW may sometimes invoice parts of an order separately.
